March 2008, Paszowski Law Firm signed a contract with Okręgowy Szpital Kolejowy (District Rail Hospital) in Wrocław regarding legal representation in a dispute with a Contractor. The matter in dispute – claims based on stipulated penalties and declaring a recission of contract null and void. The value of the claim: 499.000,00 PLN.
